The adhesives produced by Frabo are designed to be used throughout the entire production cycle, thus covering the specific needs of each processing phase.

PIVIGUM 1039/19
Single-component polyurethane adhesive specific for difficult gluing jobs such as natural or synthetic soles onto uppers made of greased or ungreased leather, fabric and synthetic materials. Product particularly suitable for absorbent surfaces and regenerated synthetic materials, particularly aggressive mixture of solvents. Main characteristics of the product are: a good heat resistance, medium reactivation temperature, strong initial curing and neutral colour. For particularly difficult gluing jobs, we recommend 5% of activator be added.
PULITORE 3599
Ready-to-use degreasing solution, specific for removing greases, silicones
or releasing materials present on PVC or polyurethane soles.
There is also a less aggressive degreaser called Pulitore 3699.
SUPERCOL / N
Single-component, general-use polychloroprene adhesive for use in insole
manufacturing factories, for assembling the footstrap on the arch support
spreading on one surface and in upper manufacturing factories and joining
factories for sticking the lining to the upper again spreading the product on
one surface only.
FRABOCLOR
Halogen solution ready for use to be employed as primer on rubber or TR soles before spreading operations of polyuretane adhesives.
RIMER 9015 / EVA
Solvent based primer designed to improve the adhesion of polyurethane adhesives to expanded EVA without roughing the surface of the soles or midsoles.
